Beth Ostrosky in the Hamptons

Beth Ostrosky, Howard Stern's fiancee, tells Hamptons magazine that they love the Hamptons so much they're building a house there.

"The summer after Howard and I met, we started coming out to the Hamptons," she says. "That's just been our thing every summer since then. That's our joy; it's what we look forward to all winter. That's why we decided to build there. This is going to be our home; it's the place we love best."

They love it so much, Ostrosky says, that Stern may even retire there after he's off satellite radio in a few years. "The ultimate dream is to live happily ever after in the Hamptons," she says.

Howard Stern and Beth got engaged this past Valentine's Day. Howard presented Beth with a beautiful 5.2-carat emerald cut diamond ring designed for Ostrosky.

Stern recalls that he asked Beth "Do you want your Valentine's Day gift now?". When Beth told him that she want to receive her gift early he instructed her to strip down. She protested saying that she was too "fat" to undress. His first thought was "any girl who looks like that and thinks she's fat - I've got a chance with her."

According to OK! Magazine, Ostrosky's ring recently made a list of biggest celebrity engagement rings, coming in at #2, behind Rebecca Romijn's 6-carat sparkler, given to her by actor Jerry O'Connell.

The couple has been dating since 2000. This will be the second marriage for Stern who was previously married to his college sweetheart, Alison Berns, for 22 years before filing for divorce in 2000. Stern has three daughters: Emily, 23, Debra, 19, and Ashley, 14. This will be Ostrosky's first marriage. Read more about world most expensive rings
